Every medical centre and every healthcare professional presents highly specific needs and circumstances. This makes the interaction between MSL and clinicians very complicated, particularly when a drug with several indications and treatment options that depend on the characteristics of the centre or on clinician preferences is involved.

With a view to creating material that would make it possible to construct a discourse adapted to each interlocutor and to focus interaction on the messages and information that are really relevant to each clinician, Adelphi Targis proposed the creation of a browsable slide kit programmed to model the information to be conveyed depending on the questions and the needs of the recipient.

The material also contained the key messages, graphic-format support material and the relevant references.
